EEganizer file upload limits are:

• Each upload can be up to 100 MB in total. That is everything in the upload added together, not each file.
• You can upload up to 12,000 files at a time.
• If you pick All Individual files into individual design pods, the limit is 50 files.
• A ZIP counts as one file. EEganizer unzips it for you after it uploads.
• You can upload more than one ZIP at a time if together they are 100 MB or less.
• You can upload any file type except .exe and .dll.

If your files add up to more than 100 MB, upload them in smaller groups.
