EEganizer is a calm place to keep the embroidery designs you already own.

It is a design-file organizer and secure cloud storage, with thumbnails, tags, search, and Design Pods, so you can find a file when you need it and download it to stitch.

This short FAQ sets expectations so you know what EEganizer helps with, and what other tools are for.

Overview

EEganizer is:

  • A library for embroidery (and related) design files
  • Secure storage you open in a browser
  • Design Pods that hold files, tags, notes, and a thumbnail for each design
  • Search and filters so you can find fonts and designs you already bought

EEganizer is not:

  • Digitizing software (it does not create stitch files from artwork)
  • Embroidery machine software (it does not run your machine or send stitches wirelessly)
  • A cutter or vinyl app (it does not replace Cricut Design Space or similar tools)

What is a Design Pod?

A Design Pod is like a folder for one design.

It stores:

  • All the files and folders for that design
  • Tags (Product Type, Designer, Category, Sub-Category)
  • Your notes
  • One thumbnail that shows in the Library

Think of your Library as a bookshelf. Each Design Pod is one book you can put back on the right shelf with tags.

Where do my designs come from?

You buy or create designs elsewhere, from the shops and digitizers you already use, or from your own digitizing software.

Then you upload those files (or ZIPs) into EEganizer so they live in one organized library.

EEganizer does not sell the design files themselves. It helps you store, tag, find, and download the files you already have.

Upload reminders:

  • All file types can upload and store
  • ZIPs auto-extract
  • 50 MB per file; up to 12,000 files per upload
  • Only listed types get automatic thumbnails; you can add a JPG or PNG by hand when needed

What EEganizer helps you do

1. Upload single files, folders, or ZIPs into Design Pods.

2. Tag and note each design so it is easy to find later.

3. See a thumbnail in the Library (auto for many formats; manual JPG/PNG when needed).

4. Search and filter by Product Type, Designer, Category, keyword, or Favorites.

5. Download the machine format you need, as often as you like. There is no download limit.

6. Share or print thumbnails if you use those features.
