EEganizer lets you download your embroidery files whenever you need them.
There is no download limit. You can download the same file as often as you like.
People often ask which button to use. There are two simple paths. Both are correct. They just serve different jobs.
A Design Pod is the home for one design: its files, tags, notes, and thumbnail.
Path 1: One file from inside a Design Pod
Use this when you already opened one design and only need one machine file (for example, just the PES).
1. In your Library, click the design's thumbnail to open Design Pod Details.
2. Find the file you want in the file list.
3. Click the green Download button next to that file.
4. Check your computer's Downloads folder for the file.
Your browser may ask where to save it. That is normal.

Path 2: Several designs from the Library (bulk)
Use this when you want files from more than one Design Pod at once.
1. Stay on your Library page (you do not need to open one design first).
2. On the left side of the Library, look for Download files.
3. Choose the designs you want, then download.
This is the bulk path. It is easy to miss if you are already looking inside one Design Pod's details.

Looking for a "download tab"?
Some messages say your files will be ready in a download tab (sometimes within about 30 minutes after a bulk download).
That wording can mean two different places:
1. On the left side of your Library in EEganizer. After a bulk prepare, look again for Download files / Downloads. Give it a few minutes if the batch is large.
2. Your computer's Downloads folder, where the finished files usually land once the browser saves them.
A single-file green Download inside Design Pod Details usually goes straight to your computer's Downloads folder. You do not need a separate tab inside EEganizer for that path.
If the download does not start
1. Check your Downloads folder again.
2. Allow downloads from EEganizer in your browser.
3. Temporarily turn off a download blocker or ad blocker for EEganizer.
4. Try another browser if needed.
